Can eSignR be operated in a multi-tenant environment?
Basically, we offer three options for managing teams or companies:
Option A: Management by the software provider
You manage all persons authorised to sign via your own account. Your customer provides you with the names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers, which you can then simply upload via CSV file. This allows you to grant access rights to individual persons and issue corresponding codes. In this model, you receive the invoice and can organise the price and customer management as you wish.
You can choose whether to manage a separate account for each customer or manage several customers together in one account – depending on your preferences.
Option B: Administration by the customer
The customer manages eSignR themselves via a group administrator. This is particularly useful for increased data protection requirements. The customer takes over the entire administration process and has complete control over all users and access.
